L'attività di Planetek Italia s.r.l. è strettamente legata alla realizzazione di servizi, per cui il suo impatto ambientale può essere considerato irrilevante. Il personale interno svolge normale attività d'ufficio con l'uso di tecnologie informatiche.
Nondimeno, essendo le proprie attività relative alla realizzazione di servizi per le pubbliche amministrazioni, in particolare per il monitoraggio ambientale, Planetek Italia contribuisce fattivamente alle politiche ambientali dei propri clienti.

The activity of Planetek Italia is closely linked to the realization of services, so its impact on the environment can be considered negligible. The staff plays normal office activities with the use of computer technology.
 

Nevertheless, the company delivers services for public administrations relating to environmental monitoring, and thus is committed in accompanying the environmental policies of its customers.

The environmental policy of the company is still aiming to work towards a continuous reduction of indirect effects of its activities, such as minimising the consumption of materials and energy and prevent all forms of pollution. 

Other initiatives are the information sharing within the company, together with the promotion and enhancement in the sensitivity of the employees towards the environment, with a committment to a continuous improvement.

A special attention is paid by all company staff to adopt behaviour in energy saving and to avoid waste in the consumption of materials and energy.

Planetek Italia considers the environment as a part of its activities and act in compliance with legislation and environmental regulation. 

Planetek Italia adopt an environmental management system compliant with the standards UNI EN ISO 14001 and the directive CE n.1221/2009 (EMAS III).

Planetek Italia identifies every year some environmental priorities, fixes measurable goals and analyzes its environmental performances. 

The management system is documented through internal reports. Dissemination activities are also performed through the internal training activities and, when necessary, through external communication.
