Planetek Italia supports "Luduan Reloaded" in the World Offshore Sailing Championships 2022 in Porto Cervo, Sardinia, Italy. After the 3rd place in Croatia in Sibenik in 2019, "Luduan Reloaded" with his owner helmsman races in class A for the colors of the Circolo della Vela Bari, and also has as technological sponsor Planetek Italia.

Sixty-nine teams from 16 nations are gathered in the beautiful harbor in front of the Costa Smeralda Yacht Club as they prepare to race at the 2022 ORC World Championship. The fleet is divided into three classes - 20 entries in Class A, 27 in Class B and 22 in Class C - who will race for separate World Championship medals awarded in each class. And for each class there will also be a ranking and prizes for Corinzian crews, that is, made up of non-professional owners and crews.
In addition to "Luduan", there is only one other boat among the Apulian, racing in class B we find "Morgan V" by Nicola De Gemmis who runs for the CC Barion.
The formula of this championship is a mix of offshore, coastal and coastal windward / leeward races. After the starting regatta scheduled today there will be an Offshore regatta destined to last between 30 and 36 hours depending on the type of boat on a course around the Costa Smeralda, the panoramic along the north-eastern coast of Sardinia. Not only will this require careful navigation, but it will help to know what lies around every corner of this complex coastline dotted with islands of all sizes, rocky headlands and secluded beaches.
The championship will end on June 30th.
