Position in Planetek Italia: SpaceStream SBU - Project Manager.
Education: Master Degree in Electronical Engineering at the Politecnico di Bari, with specialisation in Computer Science Engineering.
Background: Since 1998, he has been working in Research & Development in IT and space contexts. In this field sector, he matured skills in program and project management by managing complex projects both in national and international environment, and in business development, marketing and communication, by organising events for several projects and participating to the realisation of TV and magazines reports.
Until 2004, he has been working for Tecnomare (a company of ENI group) in space robotics, at the ASI’s Space Geodesy Centre. From 2004 to 2017, he has been working for Galileian Plus (a company of Esri Italia group) and Esri Italia, in satellite navigation, satellite earth observation and GIS - Geographical Information System. He was the coordinator of the H2020 project Moses, of the FP7 project GAL and of some of ASI’s projects devoted to the exploitation of EO data and services for natural risks. Since June 2017, he joined Planetek Italia in the SpaceStream SBU, managing ESA and ASI projects, and coordinating bids and offers.
