The 11^th “International Workshop on Satellite Constellations & Formation Flying” (IWSCFF 2022), will take place in June 7-10, 2022 at Politecnico di Milano, Italy.

IWSCFF 2022 is a conference organized under the auspices of the International Astronautical Federation (IAF). The workshop aims promoting discussions on the lessons from the past years as well as to present recent results in all these challenging aspects of satellite constellations and formation flight. IWSCFF is a specialist workshop organised regularly by the IAF Astrodynamics Committee since 1997.

It gathers experts, researchers from science, mathematics and engineering based in Research Institutions, Universities, and Industries to discuss recent advances in the field of astrodynamics applied to satellite constellations formation flying, and proximity operations.

Planetek Italia has joined the event as a sponsor and as a speaker to showcase the latest R&D findings in the filed of Earth observation onboard and ground satellite data management. On June 7, at 11:30 is scheduled the oral presentation of AI-eXpress, a hybrid space ecosystem composed of an ever-expanding satellite constellation and a ground cloud-based facility enabling new mission operational concepts.
