Image Web Server 2.0: discover the new featuresImage Web Server 2.0 is now available for download, with a range of new and updated features: support of ArcIMS (ArcXML), OGC (Web Map Service), and streaming ECWP protocol; limit of image resolution access on a per-user and/or image region basis; plugin for Mac, Java and Linux browsers, Adjust Brightness and contrast, and many others. Planetek Italia will present Image Web Server 2.0 at the Italian ESRI Users` Conference in Rome, on the 21th and 22th April 2004.

Free course on the GIS for Teachers and Students
The University of Venice - IUAV organizes a travelling course on the basics of GIS Systems and their didactic applications for teachers of primary and secondary schools and students. The course, authorized by MIUR, the Italian Ministry of Instruction, University and Research, will be held in different Italian city like Venice, Florence, Rome, Palermo, Bari. The training day in Bari will be held on May 21th at the Faculty of Informatics and will be organized by Planetek Italia.
